I love this coffee filter! Have used it multiple times per day for 6 months, and when the holder popped off the base (poor welding I think), the seller immediately sent me a replacement. For the inevitable clogging, I run it through the dishwasher every few days and occasionally soak it in vinegar. Great little item!

I will be using this in an RV so I wanted something that was simple and still made a great cup of coffee. My first attempt I did no use a paper filter but I found that the coffee maker drained too quickly without extracting the most out of the coffee. I normally use a Keurig and am very happy with the strength and economy of using this method (with a stainless steel reusable kcup). Cleaning the filter is also a concern since I do not want to rinse the grounds into my RV sink and into the grey water tank. I have used a paper filter on later use and this has improved the extraction and makes clean up a lot easier for use in the RV but the coffee is still not as good as my Keurig. I will try to grind the coffee a bit finer to see if that iimproves the extraction. It is built well and does the job but would like a longer dwell time with the coffee to increase strength.

The fine mesh is perfect for making coffee and I love that I don't have to waste coffee filters. However, this contraption is very easy broken! The wire and circular metal piece are not sautered together very well, making this device very fragile. So, if you have a large mouth coffee cup and this pour over is placed just inside of the cup, once your coffee is brewed, the rubber seal around the circular metal piece will make it very difficult to remove and then the wire stand will snap off of the circular piece. Then you're done making coffee with this contraption --- forever. The wire and circular piece need to be sautered together better to make this pour over more sturdy. Or... if I were to buy this pour over again, I would not use a wide mouth coffee cup for brewing.

dig it. add some grounds and pour hot water over. Its a process. It takes some time, you have to finesse it a little. It makes a nice cup of coffee.

an excellent design. top fits over a large cup. legs on the stand can be gripped to remove hot cone when drip is done. this unit has replaced my keurig, and makes much better coffee at far less cost.

I have two similar products. This particular one has a VERY fine drip which is good for keeping the sludge out of my coffee, but it takes FOREVER and eventually almost stops dripping. I am using it to fill a small 30 oz. Yeti which may be a contributing factor, but I really don't want to have to wash it and reload to get the full cup. I have another brand that does allow sludge, so I'm not sure if there is a fix. This may work fine for a regular size coffee cup.

Ours came crumpled a bit, but ti works really well. My hubbie has been experimenting with it each morning and is loving it so far.
