A good design
This iHealthia Power Dental ls very cleverly designed, and especially good for travel. I've had a couple other water flossers in the past but this is the best. The cylinder- shaped water container unscrews and fits over the top of the device after the tip folds down. This makes a nice compact package, even comes with a cloth carrying case.The unit does not need batteries and it went about three weeks before needing a charge with a cord that is supplied.The water container carries more water than some other water picks I have owned power and is more than enough for enough for a good go. The two speeds do not match a dentist's equipment but the top speed seems to have enough pressure to dig out most food particles. But a follow-up brushing and flossing is still advisable.

Not a great product!
It stopped holding a charge after 6 days! I made the mistake of not keeping the box, so I contacted customer service right away about a replacement or refund without the box, and got NO RESPONSE! It wasn't the best of products in the first place, I've used better water flossers. So, I would recommend going with another brand.

It leaks, never worked
It leaks. And we missed the return window which was only 30 days. So now we are stuck with something that leaked from the second it was turned it on. Too bad we didn’t turn it on for the first couple weeks we had it.

Best ever for travel, home and office.
Had to keep charging while on a 10 day trip to Europe, but after a few months it stays charged for about a month or two after full charges and full depletion, conditioning, of battery. Very easy to use, cleans well and of course stores easily at home with the resurvor still on and tip in the relaxed, flipped down position. Following the instructions regarding running out the water when finished would probably have been good for all my numerous prior water picks that had problems. In retrospect, Draining the system makes all difference. I also take an extra 15-20 seconds to take a tissue and wipe off the tip and wipe out the tank to keep down the water spots. Something I wish I could have done for my prior water picks to keep the tanks from clouding up. Ok sounds a bit OCD, but like all equipment if you take care of them, they will work well for you. Yes, can't recommend this high enough especially if you have limited counter space, like to put it away after use, travel light & pack tight or have a extra at work so you can get your lunch out of your teeth before the afternoon meetings! Ordering up more for family members as presents.
