High school girl carried notebook and spiral with pens and five days use the strap snapped off the stichting is awful. I have gotten backpacks half the price that are still usable thank God cuz she will have to go back to them. Waste of money....

Upon receiving the backpack,noticed there was missing the USB parts. How do you expect to charge without the actual parts. Not happy. So I am returning in hope for a replacement.

Although the backpack is good for antitheft, the quality of it was not too good. The zipper broke after a week of use and the inside pockets were not full pockets as the sides were just elastic bands. Two things I found very useful was the easy access pocket on the handles and the charging port on the side (although it took me a while to figure out how to insert the cable from the inside).
