I’m a big fan of beta alanine when it comes to prepping for a competition, this product works great, noticeable benefits usually associated with beta alanine dosing, tasteless so mixes well in all liquids and even foods such as yoghurt. Tingling sensation is present as with all beta alanine and split doing works well to manage this and get the required dose. Great product

As a runner I really find this helps me before hard track sessions and races. I find that it gives me that extra boost, and can feel my legs wanting to work harder and go longer. It doesn't necessarily guarantee me PB's, but does aid in a good running performance. It can give me a slight bit of nausea however, but it's a small price to pay and that feeling does wear off before going on the run/race. The tingly sensation will take a bit of getting used to, but after a few days of taking it, I found my body got used to it and the tingling subsided a little.

I use this daily before my endurance training as a pre workout. It gives me a boost and I don't get the crash that I do after highly caffinated drinks. Endurance is better and I'm feeling fitter.

Get what you paid for simple as that the price is great for how much you get in there! Used it for my training today really helped me through it getting a good sweat on aswell. Highly recommend👍
