An easy to use staple gun.
We have been on an upholstery class and required certain tools for working at home on the projects we now have. This gun looks like a similar BEA gun which costs significantly more. However this gun works really well. Easy to load, lightweight and fire staples in very effectivly. You can buy the short nosed version but this one allows you to gain access to areas a short nosed one would not and its just as easy to use so a no brainer to but y this. It was needed on my partners project as there was one are the long nose could get to where a short one would not at the angle required. A great buy which hopefully should last.

Great for upholstery
This is the first air staple gun I’ve had. Great for upholstery that I’ve started training in. The long nose reaches tricky places. It’s light weight enough for me (small hands, not much strength) and drives staples in really well. I’ve used it with 10mm & 14mm staples so far for a couple of chairs and some footstools. It feels good quality & as I bought it on an Amazon deal day, i think it was great value, especially as I wasn’t sure which make and model to go for. I’ve used much more expensive ones in the upholstery training school so was pleasantly surprised at how well this one performs. So much easier than a manual staple gun! Really pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

Absolutely Fabulous!
The media could not be loaded. This stapler was recommended to me personally by Craig Hughes from the TV Show ‘Salvage Hunters, The Restorers’. I decided to be the long neck version and it worked perfectly. It was the first time I reupholstered a set of chairs and I must say, I really enjoyed using this kit. I highly recommend this item even if you’re a novice.I have used 18 Guage Nailers and Dewalt 1st & 2nd Fix Nailers for building work. This is for furniture and I cannot sell it enough! Excellent in my opinion.

No safety
Ordered this while reupholstering a headboard as my electric gun didn’t quite have the punch. Arrived quickly, but had to change the air connector as it had the European type fitted. Once I had done that I could load with staples and connect to the air line. I have a couple of other air nailers which both incorporate safety devices that prevent them from firing unless they are held against a solid surface, and was surprised to find that this one didn’t. The gun itself feels solid and has a good weight to it. Getting the pressure right took a bit of time as it was driving too deep to begin with. Once that was done it seemed to work well, although it did misfire more than I would have liked. I was very wary when putting the gun down and picking it up and disconnected from the air when reloading so as to avoid any accidental firing. Need to remember to oil regularly and would have been nice to have a small bottle included.

Outstanding for the money
Apart from the best quality with the highest levels of engineering that come from Bea this is by far the best value brand. Every manufacturer between this and Bea is obsolete.

Stress free!
My electric stapler just could not penetrate the mdf chairs I was covering. So stressful and needed the job fi ished. I couldn't be more pleased to have bought this. I did a lot of research and this seemed the best I could buy for the budget I had. It's solid and looks and feels quality, I absolutely love it!

Works great. Easy to use. No set up required for mine. Only used it once, but it had no problems. Feels like a quality tool.

My goodness I wish I’d bought one years ago
I’m a hobby upholsterer and have been using manual staple guns for years. They hurt your hand and staples are not fired in very deep. I LOVE this product and wish I’d found it sooner. Easy to handle, light, fairly quiet and gets into tight areas given the long nose. I’d highly recommend it. Just a reminder - the compressor and hose do not come with the stapler.

EXCELLENT
Had to purchase to re-upholster a seat. T-50 staples were to heavy and this gauge of gun/staples worked very well for my project. No issues so far and stapler worked very well for my intended use's.

Meite long nose 71 series stapler works great!
The media could not be loaded. This review is for the Meite MT7116LN, long nose stapler that shoots very thin, 71 series, 22 gauge staples. I used 3/8" long staples to finish this project.Disclaimer; I am not an upholsterer. However I have done upholstery. But this chair was by far the most difficult thing I've recovered. I initially stapled all the fabric with an Arrow T50 pneumatic stapler that worked just fine. It uses big, fat 18 gauge T50 staples.But... when it came time to install the double piping, (sewn on my hand cranked, Singer model 28, manufactured in 1894, with a special foot made just for piping!), those big, fat staples were making a mess of things. And there were places I just couldn't reach with the snubnose Arrow. So I was making lame excuses why the chair was taking so long, and how badly it was turning out, and the wife asked me why I wasn't using a long nose staple gun with thinner staples? Because I literally have nearly every tool known to man.Well, uh, I didn't have a long nose, fine gauge staple gun. Heck, I didn't even know these things existed. I mean, I never saw one at my local hardware store. But she watches those silly design shows that fill your head with insider knowledge. So she educated me in the esoterica of the upholsterer's art.So I hopped onto algors amazing internet, clicked open Jeff's gift to online shoppers, and found a plethora of staplers. (That's also where I got that nifty double piping sewing foot that I also didn't know existed. But I discovered that all by myself! Amazingly, you can still buy brand new accessories for these antique,19th century machines!)Back to staplers, now!Whoa! There are so many staple guns! Many of them are cheaper. Many of them include staples. Many of them have huge heads. This particular Meite is none of those. It's kinda pricey for a hobbyist, it doesn't include free staples, and it has a really compact body. And, it also has really, really good reviews! What really hooked me was I read a review that compared this stapler to BEA. I've never used BEA, but that guy had, he staples lots of stuff, and liked this one just as much as the BEA. Well, that review is what steered me towards this stapler.Sure, I wanted to save money and get the cheaper offerings, but I also wanted to get this chair finished with a minimum of hassle or issues! Amateur workmanship is one thing. Constant mechanical failure is another! And I gotta say, it probably does work just as good as a BEA, because it worked perfectly for me.Granted, I've only shot less than 1000 staples through it, and I'm finally finished with the chair, so I can't give a longer term review. But I can say that for me, it performed flawlessly! And the compact dimensions made it really easy to maneuver around tight spaces! Also, it has rear exhaust by the air input, so no issues with blowing compressor air on your project.Overall, it's a big win for performance, if you don't mind the extra coin to cover the higher price. If you made it this far, you're a trooper! Or really bored!
