flowerry Women Polka Dot Tulle Knee Length Skirt Wedding Bridesmaid Tutu Skirt Custom Color

I bought this for a Holiday party and was very excited to receive this to wear to it. I should have paid more attention to where it was shipping from. Considering it shipped from China, I did receive pretty fast, but not in time for the event. The skirt is a beautiful color of champagne with the white dots, some dots have spots on them (when opening the package, the skirt was put turned inside out to protect the tulle and put in a clear bag). They probably will come clean when washed, hopefully. When I tried it on, ordered a large thinking it would fit in the waist and fall a little. Nope. It's tight, now I'm working on eating better and dropping some extra lbs. I am hopeful to wear this. But the skirt is a lot more "poofy" than the pictures of the item in my opinion. I would have rather the tulle laid more flatter not so "poofing" out like a ballerina skirt. I really had high hopes for this with the shirt and shoes I had planned, the skirt fell short.
