I bought this via amazon’s “save with used” option. Of course, Amazon provides zero quality control of returned items, so when I bought this stand it was missing the small box labeled “accessories” containing all of the parts needed to put the stand together! I reached out to Mike, the owner of this company via text (his contact info was included on the paperwork that came with the stand) and he IMMEDIATELY sought to fix the issue that wasn’t even of his company’s doing. Within 24 hours I had a USPS tracking number for the parts and within 2 days I had put the stand together. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE (no thanks to Amazon, at all, as they wouldn’t let me leave feedback on how THEY messed this up without me requesting a full return of the item- something I did not want to do).As for the stand- this is a high quality keyboard stand. Very sturdy, easy to put together, simple to adjust as needed, and heavy enough that it won’t move around while I’m playing while still being lightweight when it comes time to move my stand. The adjustable feet are a fantastic detail for maintaining stability (uneven floors in your old home? no worries here!), something my previous stand fully lacked. Unlike the X shaped stands that are more common, the cross bar on this won’t get in your way if you’re using your keyboard more traditionally (via sitting at a bench rather than standing up). Very happy with this purchase, and even happier with how fantastic the customer service was. If you have any issues with your product, reach out to the company directly, don’t waste your time with Amazon. If I ever need anything else stand related, I am going straight to this company directly.

I feel compelled to write a review due to the great experience I had with their customer service. I received the stand and it was great except one of the adjustable pull knobs came apart. I sent them an email and they responded in less than an hour. The representative was super friendly and considerate and sent me a replacement part on the spot. It arrived soon and they actually sent me 3 pull knobs so now I have extra. Now my stand is just right and is holding up my full size digital piano in a high quality and stable way. Wonderful customer service so 5 stars!

Great value! Nice, sturdy stand, for about 60% less than a similar Roland stand. You do sacrifice some ease of adjustment, but if it never moves or changes, that doesn’t matter.I currently have a Roland Fantom 08 sitting on it. I do wish that Roland had put some threaded holes on the bottom, so that it could be secured, but that’s a Roland issue, not a stand issue.

I have an 88-Key Alesis Recital Pro. Purchased as a "first time" Piano for my daughter. And my husband, my mother in law and I all wanted to learn alongside my daughter! Trying to find the right stand was originally quite difficult. All the stands that are made for this Brand and Model are sold out, discontinued, or way pricier than I'd prefer them to be. I stumbled upon Liquid Stands. Loved the website and loved the colors. So thought I'd give it a try. I purchased the stand and two seats. The seats tuck so perfectly under the piano, just the right width (stand is expandable) and love the fact that the stand and the seats can be adjusted for comfortable seating from my daughter's height (46") to my husband's height (75").The stand comes with Piano straps to hold it into place on the stand. The screws that come with it did not properly fit my piano. However, there was another set of screws meant for another area on the stand that did work.... So I was gonna have to search for another set of those screws to strap the piano in. The package came with a HAND WRITTEN note from the seller, stating if you need anything or have any questions, feel free to reach out. I figured it was just the facade of customer service, but I tried anyway. I text at 8pm that night. I received a text the next morning, asking for my shipping address and they shipped out the needed screws within 24 hours. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS ABSOLUTE FINEST! The seller even went so far to check in to see how it was coming along! I've work in hotel management for more than 15 years.... SERVICE LIKE THAT IS HARD TO COME BY! I was stunned and so grateful! Mike, the seller, did not have to do what he did. Everything that was SUPPOSED to be included in the packaging was there (and very easy assembly)! He simply went above and beyond based on my specific need!Mike, you are amazing and I am truly grateful for your help. My daughter and I love it! As does my husband and mother in law. We all play and we are all learning together!

Assembly was 5 min, and it’s very sturdy. I had a heavy digital piano that broke my last stand, but this one seems like it will be solid and work well. Considering that if a stand fails, it could bust the keyboard, this seemed like a good investment.
