I have been using them and find them very good I have increased energy and using them along side a balanced diet and exercise I am losing weight I recommend this product.

Someone said that they have ordered these tablets because their friend was on another appetite suppressant and they needed a cheaper option just like me - HONESTLY, this was day 1 and I have not felt hungry at all. The only thing is, I took my tablet after 3:00pm and have not been able to sleep yet (is now 6:00am) . BUT, at least I'm still not hungry though lol and my dinner was a tangerine and 3 crackers at 9:00pm lool , normally id be starving after an hour at least, so yea.

I've been stuck at the same weight for a while, nothing I did seemed to shift another pound. My first week taking these I lots 7lb. It's not just these tables, I have cut down, these make it easier to not crave sweet foods as basically I've felt sick all week. A small price to pay for shifting such a stubborn few pound.

SIX WEEK UPDATE: Definitely a placebo. I stopped taking these for almost a week, because I left them somewhere by accident. I still couldn't eat much etc. I won't be buying these again for that reason. I had SEVERE dehydration for weeks on end, and I already drink at least 3 litres a day (female - intense workouts daily), and I was drinking a lot more. I wondered why I was feeling like rubbish, with extreme fatigue -it was these tablets! I have permanently stopped taking them, and chucked the rest! I do NOT recommend. I am not intolerant to caffeine etc, but they made me feel so exhausted with EXTREMELY constantly dry skin (already have dermatitis), and I was needing constant moisturiser, which I don't normally. People commented on my puffy eyes (dehydration), yet I don't normally have that issue.Just goes to show if you can trick yourself, it's perfect! Remember: progress takes time, it doesn't happen over night! If I can trick my mind into doing extra sets or longer cardio, I can trick my mind into anything! Thought it might have been a placebo, but hey ho! I would presume most of these things are. I'm not annoyed, it just goes to show I have the will power :-)

I have been taking this product for a month.I haven't been consistent with taking them every day but if I do I only take one and would definitely be ready to now start taking two. I just forget as my schedule is so busy!My weight has been static for a year. I exercise 2 to 5 days a week depending on my work shifts. I suffer with bloating due to being a shift worker and eating times vary and the main positive effect has been less bloating overall.I have also lost 2lbs, which is only small to some but with a healthy BMI anyway this is quite significant for me as i havent been able to reduce my weight at all in a year. It has stayed off and i'm confident if i increased my dose and took them every day the weight loss would also increase.I haven't had any side effects and overall I've had a positive experience with the product and would buy again.

It helps to control my appetite, slowly started to lose weight. No side effects at all. I'm pretty happy with this product.

I’ve been buying these for almost a year and they work great for me. However the last ones I got made me feel horrible. They were also covered in white dust/powder (I thought one of the capsules opened) and they’ve made me feel nauseous and dizzy. I don’t know what’s going on maybe a bad batch but they used to be amazing
