I purchased both the dark and the neutral colored tapes, for clothing coordination, and there is a significant difference in their tape thickness & stretch. The black tape is similar to what my physical therapist used, and it has great support. The beige tape is notably thinner and more elastic - while it doesn't have as much support, it also seems to last much longer. One star is deducted because the product description does not mention these differences.I had zero difficulty getting either color of tape to adhere. For folks having issues, I recommend trimming both ends of your tape strip into a half-circle, instead of leaving the strip with square corners which can get caught and peeled up by clothing.

This brand of kineseotape is the best for your dollar and you can even get it in many colors and patterns. Its cheaper than the brand Walmart has but the quality is a hundred times better. It has help me recover from wrist surgery since it helped lift my skin slightly so the pained area could get more blood flow. It does come with instructions for general use and for specific areas that it helps with as well. Itll last for a couple of days even through a shower. Just make sure only the middle section is stretched out over the affected area (unless otherwise directed) and round those points.

I have a tracking problem with my left knee cap. Surgery has always been a last resort, so between keeping my thigh muscles strong, and occasional use of Muscle Aid Tape, I am relatively pain free. A physical therapist demonstrated the proper application of the tape, and I only wear it for four days at a time, five max. The tape acts as a reminder to my kneecap that it should stay straight!I’ve been using this tape intermittently for about three years and wouldn’t go anywhere without it! It’s especially helpful when walking on uneven surfaces, and moderate to strenuous hiking.

Have tried several colors of this execellant tape over the past year and I have found that the black muscle tape works better that some of the other colors. It stays in place for three to four days. There is a link in the instructions that you can use for specific taping needs, although having a trainer or therapist teaching you is best.

I love this tape. I use it all the time, even when I'm not at the gym. I tape my shoulder because of subluxations (partial dislocations) even when doing nothing. This tape helps hold it in the joint whether I'm lifting at the gym, or in a restraint with one of my students at work. And it lasts through multiple showers. I have really sensitive skin and this stuff doesn't give me a rash. I've tried other brands, and some don't stick, or I get a rash, or some just don't help at all. This stuff is the best.

Easy to use and nice color. Stays on for a fairly long time, even w/ showering, as long as the skin is super clean when taping up. Only downside is that the tape used to fasten the roll in the packaging pulls it a little so some of the first part of the roll can be a little stretched out and not hold as well. Per my PT's instructions, I round the corners w/scissors before applying so the tape stays on longer. Very helpful for stabilizing my knee. Easy to remove too.

I love this tape. I have tried other brands and other colors but this brand and the black seems to work the best. Watch videos or research to apply effectively for your ailment. I have taken up to 3 showers with this tape and it did not come off or ravel. When it does come off, it may leave a residue. Just use alcohol (the rubbing, not the stuff behind the bar) to remove. It's worth this extra step for how much it will help you. If you're an athlete and need to "hold it together", buy this product

Honestly considering building a house with this tape. It is super, super sticky. Took a layer of skin off. I should have used soap to get it off. That's my fault, not the tapes. Will buy again for my arm/elbow.

Its Amazing - as a runner it keeps me going pain free .
