HP Active Pen with App Launch

I have massaged the supplier through Amazon , before order it , to confirm if it's compatible with HP envy x360 13.3 13M bx1000 , he said yes , but when i received it , the Bluetooth and button works , but it's not working on the screen , doesn't write , the screen can not feel it at all , while the screen reacting properly to my finger.

Bought this pen after checking if this works across devices.The BlueTooth function gets connected, but the touch element doesn't work.Wasted investment.

Ohne diese Pen wär ich komplett aufgeschmissen. Hab innerhalb von einem halben Jahr den Stift schon wieder raus durch die nicht getätigten Papierkäufe. Liegt gut in der Hand und super Funktionen. Perfekt für Probook x360

My mother loves HP products, but they all break in a year. I still don’t understand why she has such a love for them. She bought a Pavilion 360X, so I wanted to get this for her for Christmas. I just snuck around to try to see if it worked, nope. Tried all sorts of different things, despite HP claiming it was compatible. I decided maybe I should try changing the battery. I pulled out a AAA battery only to realize it wouldn’t fit because it uses a non-rechargeable AAAA battery. WHERE DO YOU EVEN BUY AAAA BATTERIES?! Terrible product; do not buy.

Item better condition than advertised works well and had battery already installed not missing. Only just started using it but is very easy and intuitive to use. Works with HP ELITE X2 perfectly

Perfecto compañero para el HP Elite x2 1012 G2, viene con tres puntas de recambio que se sustituyen fácilmente con un anillo de extracción, la tecnología es Wacom AES, por tanto usa el mismo programa de configuración de Wacom que viene con el x2 o el propio de Windows 10. Es sensible a la presión (2048 niveles), la resolución es de 2540 ppi, tiene 3 botones configurables, con una pila AAAA tienes para unos 7 meses. Tiene un manejo muy suave y preciso, se puede insertar en el portalápiz del teclado ya que cabe exactamente (trae dos repuestos de portalápiz) y viene con una cuerdecita poder para atarlo al x2.
