This is an educational aid for locksmith students and hobbyists who are fascinated by locks and lock hardware. We have completely removed the back of a model 1500 Master combination padlock and replaced it with clear acrylic, preserving the full functionality of the padlock. In addition, with this Deluxe Model we have made the lock "dismantleable", meaning you can take it apart and put it back together using only a standard #1 Phillips screwdriver (a needle nose pair of pliers is also helpful but not necessary). All parts within the padlock can be removed and then returned in the same order. Our illustrated instruction sheet makes this an easy and fun process. You'll find this a perfect novelty gift, as well. Extremely hard to find, not sold in stores.
