A very upset consumer!!!
I purchased this cup along with other items for my mother's Birthday, when it arrives it was broken in many pieces. I been a Prime Customer since 2008, and never ever experienced this type of issue. Moreover, it is upsetting to me because it's a present for my mother and I on the other side of the country. A very upset consumer.
