IKALL K401 Smartphone (4GB, 64GB) (4G Volte, Android 10) (Green)

Worst mobile quality and responses from I KALL Mobile company employees.I was buying Model K401 (4GB+64GB) and delivered on 19-09-2022, when I am trying to setup my mobile, I found lots of Issue in mobile and properties’. Some problems solution you can find in manual and some problems you cannot find anywhere like IKALL Service station or customer care.they are provide me customer service station facility in my city. But they are only playing with customer just passing time like please come after 2 or 3 days, (more than 5 times I was visited service station but technician not doing anything and giving promises’ only)I was call to I KALL customer care, and informed all the below problems in mobiles,-calling Quality and display always on even when you are using your ear (the reason there is no sensor for call and light control) and poor call quality like 2G Phone and just 15 or 20 days phone is hanging you cannot disconnect call.- OTG And 64 GB memory card Not supporting, I was informed I KALL They are send me to service station, technician not find out problems he is going back to Inform IKALL.- Mobile is not having auto call recording facility.- you have only One option to save you date in 64GB Inbuilt mobile memory, there is no option to transfer you personal data or file to Other device.- You cannot change mobile ringtones also but IKALL Service station saying no problem I will help you to fix the problems, he took my mobile number and tell me I will Call you, But last 7 days not received any call.,- Finely, I was forested and tide with IKALL Product and staff, I was Informed Please exchange or return money for this wasted product. I KALL Customer said we cannot accept or do this deal but talk with AMAZON may be they are helping you. I was call AMAZON Customer care, they are saying it’s already pass the 7 days return or exchange time limit we cannot help you. I am agree with AMAZON But I was Informed and following I KALL Sheens last month IKALL Wasted my time smart people, Now they are showing me rules and regulation for return and exchange policy.,-I give to IKALL and service station other offer, Ok give me smart mobile with my basic legal full fill my requirements, and I am ready to pay any difference INR amounts. But then also not doing anything (wasting money and valuable time with IKALL).- I Have humble request to central government, when you are promoting “MAKE IN INDIA” Products campaign, 1st please improve quality of product and facility because poor and lease educated people cannot afford to wasting money and time (poor become more poor)., defiantly Indian nations support you for “MAKE IN INDIA” Campaign, but Government having power to control company and product quality.

The media could not be loaded.  I am not interested in dis mobile

Very bad product, after using 2 to 3 days phone hang and battery Life is very bad and from the first day charger adaptor is not working and wifi connect & disconnect while using , i returned the product but I bought is in emi from card so i not returned. I suggest everyone not to purchase this product.

Display is good. But hanging out for many times. Battery backup is too bad and not even stand by a day.

It is humbly request, please please please don't buy this phone, waste of money and waste of patience. This phone hardly reply your commands. Once you buy this phone, you get to know why china and any other mobile phone market growing faster than India.

Its been just 2 months but phone stopped working. Cant do video call, cant able to cut call
