Received prompt communication via email that order was received and would ship soon. Received 2nd email which contained sellers product manual, which is a excellent read, containing valuable information about his worms and how to achieve success with the product. The manual also contains numerous video links that describe what to expect upon receiving the worms and how to set up as well as care for the worms. Worms arrived within 4 days, they appeared just as described in the manual and video links. My teenage daughter and I set up the worm bin using the sellers instructions. We were very surprised of the great condition the worms were in upon arrival. I spent a lot of time searching for worms to buy so we could raise them ourselves and save some money. A+ customer service, the BEST! Package got here faster than I thought it would, too! Totally OVERFLOWING with ACTIVE, SQUIRMY, HUNGRY-looking nightcrawlers! And the guide!! This seller teaches you EVERYTHING you need to know when you open the package. I'm going to feed them my organic food wastes and garden waste so I can use their vermicompost as soil and fertilizer all-in-one in my organic vegetable garden. The extras in the mix, the microbes and nematodes, these are ESSENTIAL in pest control and in plant and worm health, as well as giving the worms a comfortable, safe place to make their home. I have already bought more, I am buying his deluxe kit on payday, and i don't much care if I'm being impatient--I'll have tons more worms in a few months, and I will take the sellers advice and start a worm selling business of my own!

Exactly as described! Great Starter Colony!
I've had the worms for over a month or so and they are eating and growing as expected. This is a great starter colony to start having thousands of worms. Baby worms, larger worms, eggs all were in the package as described.As cool as it is to get 1000's worms or something like that and start a colony it isn't CHEAP. Start a year ahead of time and spend MUCH LESS and you will have the same result. Save your money and buy this kit!

This is a great product and seller! Wow! He sends you this great guide on how to raise them properly and the worms came so fast! Also jas great toutorial videos on youtube! I decided to raise them in a compost/coco coir bedding in a flow through trashcan I used to use for red wigglers and their loving it! Already have eggs! Like I said great seller. Not a massive company! Worms are properly cared for definatally. Will be buying more eventually. I love these europeans for fishing bait but mostly compost. So maybe alabama jumpers next time!? Not sure. Anyway this is where I'm buying from now on!

Best worm off on the interwebs
I am very impressed with this purchase. I got my order in less then a week. I received two types of worms: both the African and European nightcrawlers. I was lazy when I got them and let them sit in the box for a week extra. When I opened them up they were all wiggling and looking happy. I really like how they came as a scoop of bedding. I got a lot of large worms and better yet, I got a lot of caccoons and babies. I am super happy with this buy and I will order again for sure.

Worth it!

You will not find a better worm bin starter. More than satisfied with my order, Europeans, As described and then some! Loads of worms at all life stages and cocoons a plenty! They were shipped perfectly, NO LOSSES. And the customer service communication is equally great!!
