My husband had some brown leather shoes and had the idea to put red laces in them. We really needed a short length because there are only 3 eyelets on each side of the show. These fit the bill perfectly. Have held up very well and really snazz up the shoe. I gave them a 4 star rating because one of the ends of the laces is starting to fray a little already. That is an easy fix, though, with some glue or a lighter.

Color was perfect, looks good on a brown leather dress shoe. laces work as they should, if you wear the shoes on a daily basis the laces will last about 6-8months. The price is low enough to buy an extra pair or two. You don't want to have to go back to boring old laces if you happen to break one.

When I got my order with these laces, I thought like - now I will open the box and will see very bad quality of these laces but not, I was surprised. It is really good, and color what I chose was matched ... perfect!!!

Great and sturdy shoelaces, but a tad short for even my 3-eyelet Derby shoes, so be aware. Also, the fuchsia color is VERY fuchsia, which is fun, but if you need something darker, go darker.

Listen I know it seems like a lot of work but changing the color of your laces based on your outfit really makes a statement and these are great laces. Do it for you.

I liked these, but ended up returning them because they were not, in my opinion, a true navy blue. They were a little too blue (navy should be darker) and didn't go well with my navy blue suit or navy blue slacks.I did, however, give these a 3 star review because I liked the quality, plus the shipping and return process went smooth. I just wish they were darker, but I'll probably order other colors in the future (I was just specifically looking for navy this go around).

Apprehensive at first with these strings because I bought them to replace the strings on my Joseph Abboud's and they were kind of hard and stringy if that makes sense? After a few ties and unties though they became softer and felt more like shoe strings. Good quality strings!

It's tough to match colors on line, but the laces depicted in the description were exactly what was needed. The waxed laces also feel more durable than the original laces (Bass oxford laces)
