Does not suit youth at all

I have at least 10 compression sleeves and elbow protectors. This one is my favorite. It looks good and protects my elbow. I have a chipped bone in my elbow, without the protector, my elbow hurts every time it comes in contact with a solid object. It is not a compression sleeve, bur and excellent elbow protector.

No issues

This does give a soft cushion for my elbow. I can actually rest my elbow on the table without pain. It will not fit if you have a heavy upper arm as it will dig into your skin and is very uncomfortable and will be too tight. I prefer to have it over a shirt instead directly on my bare arm as it tends to slip down. Overall it was a great deal and i am pleased with now.
