氷点下で使用しました。焚火近くの場合、膝下から暖気が流れ込んで炬燵の様な効果があります。しかし、中綿が薄いので火元を離れると余り暖かさを感じませんでした。シェラフ内で足先から腰回りを包むと保温効果が上がりました。

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She has not taken it off. She loves everything about it. We have traveled recently and the ability to pack it and use it as a pillow has been extra. The material is lightweight but warm. She has found it to be good for the couch or to take the dog out on a cold night. I am not sure she would wear it around town. It is worth the money, she loves the yellow/mustard color, and we both feel it was worth the money. We highly recommend.
