We contacted the company after purchasing this mattress to ask what material the fabric covering the bottom of the mattress is made of as it's obviously not cotton or wool. The company replied, "It is a non-slip bottom cloth or non-FR filler cloth. It is a polyester cotton blend, but is free of organohalogen and other chemicals usually treated to non-slip bottom cloths". While I did not love this mattress (too firm), their customer service is wonderful and honest. I tried another mattress from this company (Natural Escape), and it has been so much more comfortable. They refunded my original mattress cost (minus $100), and even give a list of companies that take gently used mattresses. We called so many local companies who would not take our mattress, even though it is was undamaged. Once I submitted proof of my mattress donation, my credit card was promptly refunded. I would definitely purchase other products from MyGreenMattress because my customer service experience was painless.

Purchased with a Leggett & Platt s-Cape adjustable bed. Both Queen. This Mattress not only works with adjustable beds, being 7" and flexible, I would say works better than most everything else out there. Came rolled up by UPS, 70 lbs. Unrolled and even though I let it sit for 2 days, it does not seem like it needed to.If this was in a store, next to the high end Foam mattress, you probably would not pick it. It was more Firm. I thought I might need to get a Costco topper for it. But to tell the truth, I sleep really good on it. I would have thought that it was to Firm. But I like it, and would buy it and the Leggett & Platt adjustable base again.

My daughter loves this mattress.. We had my mother stay over and she did not want MiMi to kick her out of her bed. She Loves her bed and does not want to sleep anywhere else. She loves how comfortable.

I love it. It is on the firm side (which is why I order it). Just as good as the one in store and for half the price they sell in store here

Just right. Expensive and worth every penny.You get what you pay for.

Horrible!!! Began sinking in the middle & would not return to normal.Started having to put items under it to create a more even feel.Meanwhile my back just got worse!!!I am returning it, which is a major hassel.Hoping this will assist other potential customers to "beware"........:)
