Good power but gets warm during longer sessions
I picked this up after my neighbor recommended getting a proper polisher instead of doing everything by hand, and I’ve been using it on my sedan for about two months now. The motor definitely has some solid power behind it - I was able to work through some pretty stubborn water spots on my hood that had been there since last summer. The variable speed control is handy, though I found myself mostly using it around the mid-range settings since the lowest speed felt a bit too gentle and the highest was more aggressive than I needed for regular maintenance. The foam pads that come with it work well enough, especially the softer ones for applying compound, but I did notice they tend to collect a fair amount of product buildup after several uses. One thing that caught me off guard was how warm the unit gets during extended sessions - after about 45 minutes of continuous use, I had to take breaks to let it cool down. The grip is comfortable in your hands and the weight distribution feels balanced, which helped when I was working on the vertical panels of my doors. The side handle attachment is useful for better control, though I wish the cord was a bit longer since I found myself moving my extension cord around more than I’d like. The sandpaper that’s included seems decent quality, and I’ve used about half of them so far without any tearing issues. Would I recommend it? Yeah, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking to step up from hand polishing, just plan on taking some breaks if you’re tackling a whole vehicle in one go.

No More "WAX ON, WAX OFF" By Hand!
I’m tired of spending crazy money on car detailing. This is a super DIY tool. It has all the appropriate attachments, allowing me to accomplish the goal of keeping my car’s paint in good condition. I don’t have to use a lot of “elbow grease” either. This gadget does all the heavy work. It’s fairly lightweight and is simple to use. I appreciated the spare battery. The quality is good, and my car looks like I spent the money.

Works Well On Fiberglass Trailer
I have a 2019 Winnebago trailer with the older fiberglass siding. Two summers ago I didn't think about it during three days of 110+ degree heat. It's dark blue in color and was sitting fully exposed to the sun. The oxidation on the right and rear was horrible. I tried dealing with it by manual means, but the damage was too extensive and there was too much area to cover. If anything it was getting worse. Using the Meguiar's Marine/RV Fiberglass Restoration Three Product System I applied the three products with this buffer to approximately 300 square feet of fiberglass in less than two hours, applying the wax twice and using the buffer pad too at the end. The results were very good, but I think I'll likely need to use the polish before waxing one side again. With this device though it will be a much easier task to wax the entire trailer, approximately 500 square feet. I agree with the other comments that the instructions leave a lot to be desired, especially about whether the different color pads are any different and if so which to use for what. The buffer pads are tie on and would be better if they used elastic instead, but they work. A bit concerned that the device uses replaceable brushes for the motor, but at least they provide one set of replacements. Anyway, I would highly recommend this for motorhomes and trailers. The size is light and the controls easy to use. For cars and trucks just good old elbow grease should be sufficient, and probably better given the contours of such vehicles.

Durable product at an affordable price.
Firstly, I would like to say that I was looking for a polisher to do a little light body work. I wanted to not spend a whole lot of money as I wasn’t planning on using this very often. I was impressed with the quality of the polisher as well as the package items that were included. All the pads are of good quality. I am not by any means a detailed, but as I was using it, it seemed very easy to control and adjust as needed. I liked how it was very easy to use. Just make sure you start off slowly and increase as needed. The instructions were pretty plain and simple to understand. However, it doesn’t have any information as to how one must use it. Like I said, I’m a beginner and some tips and suggestions would be helpful. I would suggest watching some YouTube videos on this subject to assist you with your project. One thing that I see a a simple matter is that there is a case that all these items will fit in. To me that is a positive thing. I’m tired of having a piece of equipment in my tool box, but all the extra pieces need to be placed somewhere else. It’s just nice that it came with a case. Overall I am pleased and I would suggest that if you’re on the fence about buying it, rest assured that you’re getting a good product. I would recommend this DA to anyone who may be in need of a simple and durable DA.

Works Great!
Was great it worked like it describes at a good value. So far its doing its job unfortunately like any battery, it will take some time to charge around 3hrs but will run out of juice if you have 6 soeed or higher.

Love It
This is a great buffer. First used it on my 5 year old Tracker boat. All water spots and small scratches are gone. Our boat is nice and shiny and looks brand new. Then buffed our 2 trucks. They also look brand new. The variable speed option and the buffer pad options allow for multiple buff options depending on the task at hand. Good quality an a GREAT price. Gonna buff our drift boat this weekend. Make sure to get some wax to add to the easy to use Velcro buff pad. The wax makesa big difference making things shine like new.

Do NOT waste your money
This polisher is TERRIBLE. The battery dies in about 10 minutes on speed 3, and even if you have 2 batteries, they won’t last long enough to finish polishing just the hood of your car. On top of that, it randomly shuts off while you’re using it, then suddenly starts working again. Completely unreliable, weak, and frustrating to use. Don’t waste your money on this garbage, look for something better because this one is a total disappointment.
