First off, it's extremely small. I fault myself for not pulling out the tape measure to make sure it'd be of adequate size for my travels. The reason I'm giving this a 1-star rating is that on the first day of my trip abroad, the first zipper broke. I was in the customs line at Heathrow and it popped off, almost spilling everything. So for the next week, I was careful with the one remaining zipper. When we were in Paris, the other zipper busted while we were at the top of the Eiffel Tower. Talk about an inconvenient place to have a bag break! This bag is REALLY fragile, and probably isn't worth owning unless you only plan on putting tiny items in it. This thing barely held my itinerary, medications, umbrella and battery pack. We had to carry scarves, gloves and hats in our pockets for fear of busting the other zipper (which broke anyway). We ended up having to buy a new backpack in Europe for like $15 at some tourist shop. It held up to EVERYTHING we put it in it (which was a TON) and just keeping an eye on our surroundings kept us free from being pickpocketed. Don't buy this bag because you think it'll keep your belongings safe.

Bought this backpack for my three-week honeymoon trip to Europe. Very durable with tons of pockets inside to organize your stuff. The hidden zipper head design makes this backpack impossible for others to open it from the back (unless they know where you hide the zipper heads which is right on your back). Would definitely recommend this to others.The only downside is the cable connected to the external USB port can't support much current and would make your devices charge very slowly.

I bought this backpack about 4 months ago. At 1st I absolutely loved it and it was great. Right now, the seams are falling apart and the fabric is ripping in certain areas. I wear this to work almost everyday. My commute is pretty short and I don't use it for more than my laptop and a few essentials like my wallet, lotion, pens, etc. I will need to buy a new one soon. Definitely not durable if it's coming apart after 4 months.

I ended up buying this bag as last minute shopping for a trip. The bag never looked or shaped up to what I expected. One of the corners always had a crease that refuses to go. For the overall quality, I ended up paying toooo much. I bought it for $65 and an year later it is being sold for $18, frustrates me even more! Would not recommend.

This is only the second negative review I’ve ever written on Amazon and I am a daily shopper here. Coincidentally both have been on backpacks, the other one almost identical to this. This bag looks nice and it’s a good concept but it cheaply made. I carry my laptop, some pens and paper, and a calendar to and from work in this bag. I’ve barely been using it one week (since I noticed the seems coming apart on the other backpack - which I then returned) and already the shoulder straps are ripping away from the top of the bag. I would highly suggest finding something else from a reputable brand.

The backpack itself it wonderful and has great compartments and storage needs. However; the zippers seem to be the cheapest part of the backpack. Within one month one of them had already fallen off, which was fine because I still had a fully functional second zipper. After about 4 more months the second one has just come off leaving the backpack completely unusable due to the zipper tracks falling out of alignment. It's a great bag for daily use, but the zippers are the main downfall. Be careful if you plan to use it daily as I did.
