We’ve have some thunderstorms/strong winds the last couple nights, it has survived in perfect condition! It took a while to assemble but the directions are straightforward. My cats had to get used to it for a few hours and are loving it after a week, I would recommend this to all the cat parents out there!

Be cautious when building. Instructions are some of the worst I have seen. However once I realized this and I looked at the parts closely, assembly was a breeze and everything went together good.

This product is every bit as attractive and easy to assemble as is advertised. One caution: We repainted every piece of wood (took 4 days) with two coats of high quality exterior grade paint. I'd bought a beautiful small cathouse for my cats to use on our deck and it, too was gorgeous and said it was fine for exterior use. The wood delaminated and looked awful in two months. I disassembled it, reglued the boards, repainted, and it's been excellent ever since. This building has the same type of wood as that little cathouse. So now, properly painted, I think it will hold up beautifully. One board arrived damaged, the sellers couldn't give us a new board, but refunded 50 dollars for me to make another, which wasn't too hard, so the response from the seller was decent. I have 3 new kittens who will enjoy this and be SAFE when they are outside.

I really like the size and quality of the unit. I wanted a large catio, so my cats have space to run and jump for more exercise and fun. It will be going through rain and snow through this winter, so we will see how the wear goes for that. I think it will be fine. I will update my review if needed, later on. My cats like it, too. It's prefect for my kitten! It keeps them safe.Update: 05/25/23The catio held up through the rain and snow during winter. I'm still happy with this catio. I will try to post pictures, soon.

The media could not be loaded. I rescue ringneck doves and needed an enclosure that was spacious, unique & functional. This Catio is the perfect set up as an outdoor aviary. Took my husband and I about 2.5hrs to build. I was impressed by the quality of the materials, easy directions, layout and size! Have showed it off to so many friends who were impressed. Buy this for your cat or birds! Happy buyer here. Best purchase yet!

Our cats love this outdoor catio, so much that we sometimes have to coax them back in the house. My husband had built an enclosed cat walk for them and we bought this to add on to it which was easily done by building a ramp connecting the two. The instructions for putting it together doesn't come with much detail and we sometimes had pieces on backwards or upside down causing us to have to undo and redo, which was a little frustrating. It's fun to be able to sit in the catio with them, but there isn't a latch on the door on the inside to keep it securely closed so we had to add one.

It’s okay but in f you live in Arizona it will not last buy something more durable

It was very easy to put together with 2 people.We did do a little extra to hopefully help it last longer. We clear coated all of the metal parts and once it was assembled we sat it on landscape timbers. We added mulch to the floor and an plastic outdoor rug.We put a glass door knob on the door and a latch inside of the door.It took them a few days to be comfortable in it. They don't go in it everyday, only if they go to the door then we take them.
