My husband used this after knee surgery. On arrival it seemed quite small, but it actually was a perfect size when filled and was comfortable to use. Very easy to fill and empty with secure top. Good value for money and decent quality.

Used with ice chunks and it stays very cold. No leaks wothin the flexible material. Size was fine for a small body part knee or ankle.

I like the size of this product. I can easily store in the freezer. As I suffer with regular pain, this comes really handy. Keeps the temperature as it should be. Helps with my pain a lot.

Brilliant product , certainly didn’t have these when I was growing up, it was a bag of peas . Just a Few ice cubes chucked it in, fill the rest with water and you are away , it really helps reduce inflammation and speeds up recovery

These are great. I bought 2 for a hot and cold compress and they worked well. Filled the cold with ice cubes and a little bit of cold water and just very hot water for the hot compress. Seem to be very well made. An essential item especially if you have children

Does the job although only just big enough for what I ordered it for, not sure how they measure it so I'd order a size bigger than the one you think you need.

Bought this as my partner broke his femur and I needed something that would rest comfortably on his leg to help with the swelling while he recovers but was also reusable. This has been amazing!! The opening is large enough that I add large ice cubes and cold water and doing this means it really is a cold pack! It stays very cold for ages and does not leak at all, I highly recommend this if you are looking for a reusable ice pack.
