Protein on the Run Gourmet Tuna in Olive Oil & Crackers

The taste is great. Opening the can not so easy. Their protein "snacks on the run" great to put into kid's lunch boxes. But these cans have an old fashioned pull ring that I resorted to pliers to get enough force to open it, so not for kids. I like to toast Dave's killer bread, micro one slice with pepperjack for 10 secs then spread the Bumble Bee on it for a quick healthy protein snack.

If you are needing a quick, portable, healthy meal, this is a good option. I am diabetic and it is ok for me to eat.

These come in handy and I like that everything you need is in the kit. I spend a good bit of time in bed and this is a good snack for me to keep near my bed.They ran out of the lemon flavor so I got the hot one again and just picked the peppers out of the tuna

Great protein rich snack for on the go, just don't spill the abundant lemony tuna oil on you! Could stand to be about half as much olive oil for my personal preference. I personally drain the can before eating it to get some of the oils out! Also surprised to see how much dark tuna flesh is in the can. Thought it would be more of an albacore consistency than a chunk tuna quality. Decent flavor & quality, not the best, especially for the cost, nutritional macros and other varieties available. Plus only 3 "gourmet" crackers vs the 6 you get in other similar sized products that are cheaper but with less protein.

Amazing tuna and crackers, high protein and relatively low in calories. I appreciate that there are only three crackers in the box, good for those of us who are watching our carb intake. The tuna is seasoned perfectly and is marinated in heart healthy olive oil. Incredibly delicious and makes a handy meal or snack that you can take anywhere. Tuna is a very healthy source of protein and many other nutrients that support a healthy brain and heart. These tuna kits require no refrigeration and are great for work, travel, for a picnic, to take to school or college, or just keep at home for when hunger strikes. I’m a big fan of these Protein on the Run tuna and crackers kits, they are absolutely perfect!

The tin was partially air. If I come across another one, I will weigh it to see if the difference is significant. Not all of them, but out of ten so far, three of them have been significantly less packed than the others. For the price per pack, I feel cheated. Otherwise, still delicious. I miss the caramels these used to one with, but the quality and flavor of the tuna and the crackers is what keeps buying.
