Heartbroken 😢💔
I had to edit my previous review because after 4 month of use it broke. It thought it would last at least 6 month. The second one started to drip hot water from the tank and it represents an electrical shock hazard, because it will fall over the cord.

Believe it or not, it works!
I have no idea how steam straightens hair so I was VERY skeptical. My hair is 4a coil pattern (or so Im told, not sure). I was certain this would cause my hair to frizz but it didn't! I let it air dry then roughly blew it out with a thermal argan oil solution before starting. It definitely straightened my hair perfectly with 2 pass overs. My only problem is the reservoir where you put the water kept dripping. I have no idea why. I poured some of the water out and it still leaked. That was annoying. Also, it didn't add any shine to my hair. I had to use my regular products to add sheen. If I can stop the leaking its going to be a keeper!

I am impressed!! I used this on my daughter's all natural hair...just a blow dry and press with a few drops of Argon oil in the steam compartment...and WOW!!

Poor Quality
The flat iron lasted one month...and this is the second that has stopped working. The first lasted a few months - this one less than a month! Both worked great initially, then made a popping noise and started smoking. Very poorly made. The flat irons had different company names but arrived in identical boxes, instructions and support materials were the same.

Hands down the best straightener I've ever used!
First time ever writing a review on a product, this straightener definitely desires it! I like to curl my hair with my straightener. Each section curled perfectly with a single pass. Love how shiny and soft it left my hair. I've been natural 8+ years and always in such of great products that won't damage my hair. Would definitely recommend!

Don't waste your money
This product was extremely disappointing to say the least. I used it once and worked Ok until it started leaking water from the steam chamber that left over half my hair undone. I figured I try it out one more time before returning it today and when I attempted to open the steam chamber it cracked into pieces! Don't waste your money!

great at first
it worked great on my course hair, until the water compartment broke. i contacted the company a few times trying to buy a new piece,finally they said they would send me a new piece but i never recieved it so the iron is great until it starts leaking
