Not Working as Expected – Very Disappointed
I am very disappointed with this purchase. When I first started using the laptop, the battery was completely drained. After charging, the battery now discharges extremely fast. The fan runs at very high speed and noisy, and the laptop heats up quickly even during normal use. In addition, important drivers were not installed, and the screen occasionally flickers. Because of these issues, the device does not appear to be in proper working condition. This is not what I expected from a new/refurbished product. I am requesting an immediate return and refund. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Good look with internal issues and no phone or whatsapp support
product received physically good but sound hardware is not working.Drivers are updated but not working. Charger and Laptop getting superheated on charging.Unable to contact the seller directly through phone or whatsapp. No phone number is provided on the Amazon website or on the package. Searching the sellers name Al ADINAA LLC Sharjah in google have no information. I contacted Amazon for call back from the seller to solve the issue or I will return it

This is not valuable for money' after 10 days mouse pad stopped working' please don't buy' else you will lose your money.

This laptop is literally a steal. Not only does it have a touch screen, but the keyboard is also backlit, which means that you can work on the laptop in limited or no light at all. In addition, The16GB of memory make it fast when surfing the internet or working locally. Overall, this is a fantastic laptop to have for the price. It has everything anyone would want when looking for an affordable laptop that is also fast and reliable.
