I am using this 2-way valve to deliver medical oxygen to a CPAP machine and also to a 50 foot hose. I realize that the valve is not designed for this purpose, but it serves the purpose and works just fine. I do have to adjust the air flow when switching between the CPAP and the hose, but that is a small price to pay when it works exactly like one would expect.

Used this to allow my wife to control two different devices with her oxygen concentrator. ....her cpap to sleep at night and her daytime nozzles. The problem was in switching from one device to the other, it required disconnecting hoses which was a problem for her. The design of this valve solves the problem, she just pushes the switch. I wish the valve fit the O2 hoses better, but wire ties keeps everything in place.

Every port works as it should. Yes this has a larger air input port but it is meant for the larger airpumps and not standard airpump airline. Completely turned off no air leakage of any kind. This is perfect!!!

Used this as an added sir source for our fish pond. Easily installed and it works great.

Great manifold for use with hydroponics. I'm using this to provide air to my 4-site top-feed DWC buckets. Each bucket requires 2 air lines - 1 for a diffuser to aerate my nutrient solution; 1 to drive the drip ring. Having 8 outlets, each with its own valve so you can fine-tune all of their respective output pressures, comes in very handy.
