Stays Put
These have been on for over one month now and no issues falling off. My cat tried scratching it once and stopped after realizing he can’t tear it down.

Very heavy sturdy material
This is the best adhesive covering I have ever ordered. It’s still in after months if cats scratching at it. Remnants of the last plastic covering are still hanging on some hidden areas.

Keeps The Cat At Bay, Mostly
My youngest cat *loves* to sharpen her claws on my chair especially. So I went looking for something like this to help deter her. She seems to hate it, I guess because she thinks she's not allowed up in the chair anymore so I'm not sure what to exactly do. It does it's job from what I can tell but maybe a little *too* well. The adhesion really sucks, it does not really stick well to the fabric. The screws are hard to keep in as well. Overall, I wouldn't call it good, but I wouldn't call it bad either.

couldn't be any better for what it is-read for some essential tips
This stuff is plenty sturdy and durable. It sticks very well on a smooth horizontal surface like low-pile carpet or upholstery. On other surfaces you can use the upholstery tacks included to help keep it in place. It is stiff enough that it does not lay flat on curved surfaces like the arm of a couch. The important thing is that if you don't want this to be permanent, you need to find an object with a surface that the cat likes even better to scratch on and use the time to train him (use treats) to use it. Also, location is key. Cats naturally want to scratch things that stick out into the room or walkways. Put your object there at first and when he is using it well, gradually move it to a more acceptable long-term location, like a corner or wall.We tried all kinds of scratching posts and pads and finally realized that our cat greatly prefers a thick cotton bathroom mat or towel. So we just gave up and found one that doesn't look too bad in our living room!If you have any trouble getting it off when the time comes, USE A HOT HAIR DRYER pointed onto the sticky edge as you pull it up, and you will have no trouble, no residue on your furniture.

No pins
Ordered this said it came with 64 pins to use none where in the package or box. I had to use the vinyl because it was time sensitive but I want to get the pins for this product and I will change my review

So far, so good
I live in a apt complex & my cat tends to climb on the balcony screen door whenever she sees bugs trying to catch them. I can’t afford to be replacing screen doors at the cost of these apt complex’s charges, so I got these to deter her from climbing. Yes, it restricts air from flowing in from the bottom but it’s works and helps keep screen in tack. Haven’t tested it out with bad weather, so let’s see how it holds up. But so far I’m happy and don’t need to be babysitting the screen door anymore
