John Sloane's Country Seasons 2018 Monthly/Weekly Planner Calendar

Third year in a row buying this calendar. Love the quality, format, and layout. Love the different illustration for every single week - that's my favorite part. So many publishers these days limit the number of illustrations now, but not here! Monday-Sunday weekly format which I love (don't like Sunday-Saturday). Good quality so stays nice all year long. Plenty of space to write/note. Best calendar on the market. John Sloane's paintings are charming and just draw you in to a peaceful country world. I never tire of them. Thank you to the creators and publishers of this calendar for not cheaping-out and limiting the illustrations, or reducing the quality. I will come back every year for this lovely calendar. Please don't change a thing, it's perfect just the way it is.

I used to order folk art desk calendars from a different publisher. Then I found Andrews McMeel Publishing who prints calendar art work by John Sloane. Sloane has stolen my heart with his style. It is simplistic and realistic with sweet scenes of yesteryear. Sloane is an accomplished artist who never disappoints when I turn the page each week. I appreciate that there are more fall scenes included with this than other calendars provide and the month of March also offers a few extra winter scenes.

If only for the art work I would have to give it a 5 star! But not as a planner for me. It is just a bit too large to fit in most bags. If it was just a bit smaller I would order for years to come. The paper quality is a huge improvement over other planners of this nature (Lang - I can't stand the paper texture they use now and makes it so difficult to write on!). I will keep an eye out and if this company comes up with a bit of a smaller version, I will definitely order.

I buy these every year. One week is on one page. Room to make notes on facing page. Pictures every week. Also has monthly calendar for each month. Has place to store things. Has pages for notes and forwarding to the next year. Excellent quality and size for desk.

This is even more wonderful than I expected! Each day is a different painting, so there's lots of variety and color. The layout with the months up front, then weekly views with a notes section is perfect. I couldn't design a better planner. I'm an artist, so I use it to record sales in the notes section on the left page and then daily work on the right page.

I have had an engagement calendar for over 30 years now. I have had John Sloane's country scenes for the last several years. The pictures are all heartwarming beautiful country scenes. The paper quality is excellent. I also buy his monthly wall calendar and use it in a wooden frame. I've gotten so much joy from them both over the years!

Going into my fifth John Sloane planner. I just love these for a wonderful way to appreciate lots of John Sloane's lovely art with a wonderful sense of nostalgia. Pockets for keepsakes and good solid fold back binding are very handy. Highly recommend!

So beautiful! I just discovered this artist and love his work. The layout is just your basic weekly/monthly planner, nothing too special there but plenty of space for plans and notes. I can't wait for the new year to start using it.
