This product is legit and really works wonders. As a CPA doing tax work, this time of the year usually makes me want to lose my mind. But this product really helped keep me relaxed when work was getting to be almost too much to handle. I was very skeptical that this product would work, but after taking for the past month I'm a believer.I didn't tell my girlfriend I was going to try it cause I didn't want her to think I was a sucker if it didn't work. But after a couple weeks she knew something was up because of my increased good mood, so I bought her a bottle and insisted she try it. This is great so far! I have only been taking it for about a week but have noticed I am over all calmer. I have been under a lot of stress lately and this seems to be helping. I have read a lot about the effects Ashwagandha can have on various things such as reduced stress, help with anxiety, improved thinking and more. So far this product has helped improve these things for me and I look forward to the added benefits of taking this long term.

I found this supplement during a particularly stressful/anxious point in my life. I went through several bottles, and it seemed to help at first, but eventually the effect was much less pronounced, even when taking the max dose every day. I was hoping it would be something I could take long-term to keep my anxiety in check.

For me, personally, i got this for my morning commute. I wanted something that took the edge off from dealing with all the traffic as well as wake me up a little. StressRX worked fairly well for this purpose. It's not a rush like an energy drink, but i found that by the time i finished my commute i was as awake as i am after a little coffee and in a much more relaxed mood.

Definitely helps to keep me calm. I have 3 kids, one with disabilities and I suffer from anxiety. I take two of these everyone morning.

I'm the primary care giver for my special needs son and both my aging parents who are each suffering from Alzheimers and dementia. Things can get very stressful very quickly.I found these pills in December when my mom broke her leg and I was literally being pulled in ten different directions. After about a week or so of taking StressRX, I noticed that things were just calmer. I wasn't feeling smothered and anxious and my worry just seemed to lessen all without me really even noticing anything had changed.I really feel like these pills gave me an edge that I couldn't have willed myself to have. And that's what I normally try to do--fix everything myself.I was taking the maximum dosage daily for about 6 or 7 bottles due to such high levels of external stress in my life and now I'm on more of a maintenance dose just taking the minimum amount. I know what these can do though, so I won't hesitate to step up the dosage again if I need it. I think it's a great effective product.
