Good: The design and functionality is alright; it looks good, and doesn't spill too much. Bad: It doesn't hold heat. My coffee is barely room temperature after only an hour. Unless you drink your hot beverages quickly, this is essentially a sippy-cup... you're paying for the lid.

Great travel mug
Love this mug! Keeps the liquids hot and has a great cap that prevents leaking. I am very happy with this purchase.

LID SEALS DON'T LAST LONG
LID SEAL CAME APART AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USE. NO WAY TO CONTACT ALADDIN TO ORDER REPLACEMENT LIDS

Hard to get lid on
I use this for my morning coffee. It holds a large amount and keeps it hot, but it is difficult to get the lid on.
