Electric Pump for Draining California King, Queen & Super Single Waterbeds quickly

Fidn't like the flimsy packaging which I tore the shipper a new one over. This pump was ised yo drain a wayerbed mattress with bafgles. This pump has some serious suction, drained ghe mattress flat in mo time. Had to drain mattress in steps because this pump was pumping water into my bath tub fsster than it could drain. Really surprised at it's performance. Used sumilar pumps from wsterbed vendors and those pumps seized at the first air bubble, this one fidn't even get hot. Highly recommend this drain pump.

Had trouble with 2 50' hoses but once I found a 6' hose from the bed to the pump it worked good. About 1 1/2 hours to empty the bed.

Great little pump. Used it to drain a couple of waterbeds with two more to go. No problems. Make sure you use a free flowing hose for draining. At first I used a lightweight self winding hose and it stressed the pump and caused it to run a little hot. The second time I used a better hose and the pump ran just a little warm and did a great job. It is very easy to Prime and drains the bed fairly quickly. Recommend.

I had an emergency waterbed leak. I received this pump in less than 24hrs. It drained my baffled water mattress quickly and throughly. I am so happy. Thank you so much. This product exceeded my expectations.

This pump is advertised as self priming. But the instructions say to put water into the intake hose before running it. And to not let the pump run dry. Or the replaceable impeller will wear out. The pump did do a good job sucking out all of the water in my water bed mattress though.

I read all the reviews on this pump and they were mostly positive. I give it a positive plus!! This thing is amazing. I had a king waterbed with 7 separate chambers and the pump made quick work of emptying them. I then filled the bath tub with hot water and started pumping it into the new mattress. I don't have a very large water heater and I needed the bed that night so I had to wait for the water to heat again before I could pump more in. Even with the wait it only took about 3 hours to fill the new mattress. Turns out I overfilled the mattress and had to pump some water out. The pump worked perfectly. If I was to use it again on the bed I would mount it on a piece of 12x12 plywood for more stability as there is already a mounting bracket on it. The hose connections are actually metal, not plastic. The only thing I would do to improve using the pump would be to put a on/off switch on it. Now you have to pull the plug to shut it off. Well worth the money.

Not the fastest but empty super single waterbed in just over 45 minutes. For me it was noisy

As someone who has had waterbeds for many years, draining and filling can be quite the chore. I wish I had found this little gem earlier. In less than 3 hours I was able to drain the old mattress and fill the new one (queen-sized). Without an electric pump, this would be an all-day job. Also, because I was able to use already warm bathwater to fill, the temp is already plenty warm (in fact, it needs to cool down a few degrees). The only thing to keep an eye on is the pump can get very warm. Make sure it's not resting on anything subject to harm from significant heat.
