Day 3 of 14
I’m on day 3 so far and really can tell a difference. Overall I feel lighter, better energy, and it’s definitely helping my bathroom breaks.I started with one a day the first day. Great start. 3 BMs no diarrhea. Lots of pee thanks to increased water. Pee is already clear.Increased to two the second day. A little diarrhea but not bothersome.I got comfortable drinking 2 glass of wine every night and it took a toll of how I felt; bloated, heavy, knee s and hips ached. Plus my diet isn’t the best. I aim to cleanse every other month with a 3day version but they weren’t in stock. Trying this while I aim to only drink on the weekends. So far so good. 😊
