Henry runs great.
Having just built a layout in my basement with my dad, I decided to update my Thomas collection with another heavy hauler besides Gordon. Nearly a year after I bought Henry, he still runs like new. Bachmann has it all figured out when it comes to character designs and high quality construction in their Thomas models. Now I can recreate The Flying Kipper.

Works perfectly!
This was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend... he's barely stopped playing with it since. The moving eyes are such a unique touch and it looks true to the models on the TV series.

Very very happy with this engine
The media could not be loaded. I am so happy to have Henry. Lately ive been trying to grow out my layout by adding more ho scale trains and track and henry is the best engine you can start off from the Thomas range. He is a very smooth runner and i love his side rods. He has a quiet motor compare to the older tomy trains or thomas toys. Pretty accurate to the show and I cant wait to add more friends along side henry😊

It looks splendid and runs well. Not perfect, but no model is. I am very happy to have this. (Thankfully this model is based off Henry's redesign, so I didn't have to spend extra money on special Welsh coal.)

Henry is a favorite
Henry runs very well and being larger than Thomas can carry a heavier load. Our grandchildren love both. I run them on a double track with sidings while Facetiming with them due to Covid-19. Eventually they will be able to admire them in person.

Poorly crafted product
Honestly if I could give it ZERO stars I would. The train was removed from the packaging and within 2 hours, 2 of the small parts had fell off.(Strike 1) After fixing it the train was okay. Then we realized the eyes did not move.(Strike 2) The train was on the track and it tipped over and the character face of the train popped off.(Strike3). For a model train that I paid over $100 for it should be very sturdy and should be able to stand the teach of time! NEVER AGAIN will I purchased this brand.

Great train.
Bought this for my son because he loves Thomas and friends.... especially Henry. This looks and feels better quality than the Trackmasters and he just loves it.

runs well
The engine runs good no issue at all the only thing that had to be done was adjust one of the side rods due to binding .
