Is not bitter at all. I put it on my fish all the time and it really is good.

I am English. I do not like ‘clear’ vinegar but that - apart from exotic flavors - seems to be all I can find in America. My usual supermarket occasionally has very small bottles, but never on a consistent basis, and they are pricey. This purchase via Amazon will be the first of many. The bottles arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged. No leaks or breakage. And the taste is everything it should be. Now I can really enjoy my cooked artichokes, and fish and chips (French fries for those here in the USA), as well as proper salad dressing. Thanks.

I like the flavor of this malt vinegar, I cook a lot of fish and this is the perfect seasoning on my fish. I really like it. Not overbearing at all, such a nutty, smooth taste.

This is my favorite malt vinegar. They only sell the London Pub brand around here but I much prefer the Heinz brand. The London Pub brand tastes too much like red wine and it's convenient to buy a few bottles from Amazon.
