Great product, will do the job!
I am scheduled for surgery next month and this pillow is going to be a life saver! It is hard foam and could possibly be uncomfortable after a long period of time, but it needs to be in order to keep your butt off the seat. I can understand other complaints of it not being a one size fits all type of thing, if I had a larger body frame my thighs would probably not fit comfortably on the pillow.Overall I really like it, especially compared to the prices of other bbl pillows!

Small firm compact

a must for BBL recovery
I would highly recommend getting this if you have a Brazilian Butt Lift. I can't image not having it. It is sturdy yet comfortable. I use it while at home, work, and even while sleeping. The pillow was much smaller than I expected and harder but it is exactly the right size and hardness. I'm sure it will last as long as I need to use it.

Good for short periods, but not sleeping with
This thing is super hard. It’s fine for sitting brief periods in a chair or driving, but I could not sleep with this. I had a breast augmentation and bbl done in a single visit, so I had to sleep on my back. After sleeping on it, it cut off the circulation to my legs. I tried stuffing it in a pillow wrapped in a towel and it still dug in to the back of my legs causing discomfort that would wake me. If you need this to sleep on, I would recommend searching for another bbl pillow, otherwise it’s fine for short drives and taking out for brief outings.

Good quality for the price
Overall I’m pleased with the product. Its on the firm side which is great for sitting on the couch but a bit firm for driving. Either way, you’ll need it for the tushy to recover after BBL.

Uncomfortable!
This pillow is a hard piece of foam so I am unsure why it is called a "pillow." A pillow should be soft and comfortable and this is FAR from comfortable! It is awful - sorry to say. I am sooo disappointed with this purchase to say the least! It is also almost impossible to sit on. It's like a balancing act. The model shown using it in the paper pic., that was shipped to me with the purchase, is leaning on something and has a foot propped down to stabilize herself. It is (again) awful to try to "balance" yourself in a sitting position because the way this is designed to set up under your lower thigh by the knee area. It is just a waste of money, sadly.

You absolutely must buy!
It worked so well and so comfy I bought 2. One for my car and one for my office. This is a must buy to keep the shape of a peachy booty. Protect your investments!

Not designed to Be so Comfortable but to make sure your butt don’t touch the chair it works for me
I like it im going to have My bbl soon and my bbl Pillow is going to keep me off my butt I like the Heart is not that big but can hold up to 250 pounds And can fit any Seat
