By far the best bluetooth speaker I have ever listened to. I finally found "the one" ! This AirEcho speaker uses bluetooth 4.0 technology and also has solar charging on it. So, no more saying that the battery life is running low. Big plus in my book. But, a full charge does gives you approximately 30 hours of playtime. This has an excellent microphone with crisp clear voices on both ends and it is equipped with a flashlight, doubling as an SOS as well. We camp at least a dozen times a year. Hubby and I bring 3 dogs with us and thenice weekends usually brings friends and family visiting out hunting camp as well. I cannot wait to bring this speaker with me.Meanwhile, I've been jamming with my lime green speaker. Walking the 3 dogs, swimming in our pool and on my laptop. It comes with: phone jack, charge cord, speaker, velcro tie straps and a snap hook for hanging, plus the speaker and the instructions.So far this had been extremely reliable for me. I have dropped this from around 3 feet high before. It can take alot of my abuse, for sure. I'm not to good on the technically aspect of these devices. But, I do know that the first time using it was a charm. Syncing it to my Galaxy S4 phone worked great from the very start. This little thing has surprisingly good sound quality for its size and price. It seems durable, though I haven't dropped it or left it out in the rain or anything like that yet. My only issue with it is the bluetooth range. It can't go very far from its source. Also, strangely, if you or any other large object goes between the speaker and source, it will usually cut out momentarily. But, it's not a huge issue as 90% of the time my phone is just right next to it. The solar panel works just fine to keep it charged. I charged it once with the cord when I bought it, and leaving it by a window or just using it outside has kept it charged since (I bought this easily 6 months ago). I had a significantly more expensive solar speaker previously that was better with connectivity and a little louder, but sound quality on this is better. I also appreciate that this speaker is multi-directional, my old one wasn't.

This Bluetooth speaker has become one of my favorites as it can provide crystal clear sound and quickly connect to either my laptop or my phones. The green color I choose is very attractive and fits in camping environment. I like this product as it has served me well for the last two months without showing any signs of problems. It also looks quite durable. Only time will tell how long it will last. It has only one con which is its heavy bass that can distort some music. However, considering its compact design, environmental friendly (solar charging) and its color, I am pleased with this purchase.

My husband and I were looking for a good outdoor bluetooth speaker and looked at all those on Amazon. We decided on this one due to review and cost. As color didn't matter, we purchased the lime-green speaker. We used it this past weekend with ease and the sound quality was great. It played for hours in the sun. The only complaint are the instructions as they are very...translated poorly. But, it isn't rocket science and we figured it out. The size is great for packing along on our vacation.

I’ve have this speaker for a few months and so far it’s been awesome. I bought it to use in the shower and while I’m working outside. It’s worked flawlessly. The solar charging feature works extremely well. I leave it by a window when I’m not using it and so far I’ve never had to actually charge it and it’s yet to unexpectedly die in me but I’ve also never continuously played it for more that 3 or 4 hours.

So sad that this speaker is not water resistant! Had it for one week when we went canoeing and the canoe flipped- the speaker was playing and was submerged for less than 10 seconds. We tried drying it out, putting it in a bag of rice, but to no avail. We also couldn’t turn the power off- it wouldn’t play music and it wouldn’t power down. Then it died forever. It’s a cool idea- the solar charging parts works great, but this isn’t ideal for outdoor activities that involve water.

So far this speaker has been awesome. It has good sound and I just leave it on window seal when not in use. Haven't had to charge it on the charger yet. I ended up buying 3.Update: Well, speaker quit already, 4 months in. Only used it maybe 6 times. 2nd one quit to..wont charge either way, ac or sun

Great speaker. Got this as a gift for the hubs be cause he works in the yard and blares his phone for music. It sounded terrible. This,was easy to pair with the phone and is,always charged with the solar cell. Oh and it sounds great. You can even use it to answer phone calls.
