Love these, but they have quality issues
Update: For now I'm adding one more star (from 3 to 4 stars) for customer service responsiveness, although even that pains me to do. They offered to send me another set (I'd already ordered 3 more myself, don't need it), and their contact was all about them--'send us a picture to show the manufacturer (I did & it's attached here showing the wire poking out), ship it back to us (no), update your review and make it more favorable (okay, yes out of fairness, but grudgingly)'. So at least they contacted me and offered a replacement.When I want to put my hair up in a hurry, I LOVE these Beverly Hills Hair Twists. They're quick, they're easy, they're cute. They are well-structured and easy to fasten. However... after just a few uses, the wire starts poking out one end, and it's very visible and unattractive. I'm not going to continue using one with wire sticking out.So why am I ordering more? I can't find anything like them elsewhere. There are some poor imitations, which don't fasten well if at all. These are worth the irritation of poor QC to shell out the money and keep ordering. If the manufacturer would reinforce the ends for longer life of the product, I'd give it 5 stars, but perhaps this is intentional planned obsolescence.

A Little to Small for my Head of Hair
This product is a pretty good deal for what it was.I was expecting the twists to be satin instead of velvet, but that was a small disappointment.The real issue is the fact that the twists are not quite long enough to fully be twisted close around my hair. I may experiement later with hair style other than the bun, but overall they don't work as well as I expected.

Great for hair buns
This kit has everything you need for creating different style hair buns. Great price given it comes with over 30 items. However, it doesn’t come with any directions on how to use the different items.

Affordable, and are a hair bun game changer.
These are amazing. One unraveled but I simply glued fabric to both sides joining the 2 pieces and it is like new. Once you get the hang of these they are a lifesaver.

I use them to do heartless curls. The wire inside the fabric is reinforced by a rubber like material so the quality is much higher than other options I’ve found. Great product. I wish it came in more uniform or matching colors.
