Excellent smoke
Used the new Hunters Blend to smoke a flank steak. Used a little lower temperature, so it would give nice smoke ring. Excellent taste not over powering. Will use on other meats. Great choice on the herbs in the Bisquettes.

Wow. Very complex and unique blend.
Used this yesterday for the first time and I really love the deep flavors of this blend. The rosemary is bold enough to be noticeable but not overwhelming. I'm surprised that this blend is not as expensive as some of the other blends. I cooked beef cheeks sous vide and then smoked it with this blend. I got the idea from the Facebook group sous vide dummies. It turned out fantastic! I'll be buying some more soon.
