If the only peppercorns you've ever used has been malabar peppercorns, you are in for a treat when you try these tellicherry peppercorns. I've given some to friends and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM has changed to tellicherry peppercorns in their pepper grinders. These peppercorns are very flavorful and have none of the harshness you can get with other types. I can't recommend them high enough. Try them, you'll love the taste!!! You'll be shocked at how much of a difference you detect and, like me, wonder why anyone would ever use any other peppercorns!

I’d never tasted anything like the pepper from these peppercorns before, but I can’t go back to other types of peppercorn, let alone the pre-ground pepper. The smell when you open the bag is incredible, and though I can’t exactly describe how the pepper tastes, it makes everything better and I can’t seem to “over-pepper” anything. I use less salt when I cook because it’s not as necessary to enhance the flavor. I even told people in my house to get their own pepper because mine is precious.I know it’s still “just pepper” but the thought of using anything else for my fried egg sandwich now distresses me. The oceans were crossed in the 1500s to hunt for a shortcut to spices, and peppercorns like these explain why. (Btw, my fried egg sandwich was particularly delicious today so I feel compelled to gush. I can say very similar things about the super awesome “just like I remember” organic butter I get from my grocery deliverer.)

I normally purchase my Tellicherry peppercorns from a different spice merchant, but I needed them faster than I could get them from my other supplier so I decided to try these in a pinch. These are good quality peppercorns with a nice flavor. They grind well in my various mills. I still prefer the peppercorns from my regular supplier, but I'd buy these again if I needed resupply in a hurry.

Not much more to say! The pepper is really nice, I'm a person who uses enormous amounts of pepper and hardly any salt in my food, so getting these bags to refill by shakers is crucial. This is my favorite brand of pepper without a doubt.

No issues. Peppercorn was packaged and tastes great. No complaints here. I do think a resealable pouch would be a nice addition tho.

Perfectly fine and delicious. If genetic scientists want to check the lineage, they are welcome. But, as a chef these pepper corns taste great!

If you've never had fresh ground black pepper then you don't know what you are missing. I always use this brand and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
