It really did not taste like tartar sauce . It was too sweet, not enough horseradish and I don't even like horseradish that much.

Canola oil & sugar...then more sugar
This is the worst tasting tartar sauce EVER! The first two ingredients are canola oil and sugar. Apparently, there wasn't enough sugar in there so they also use pear and peach concentrates and pineapple syrup. That sounds like dessert and not something to pair with something you want tartar sauce for. Yuck! I have to start carrying my cheaters (reading glasses) with me to the store so I can read the ingredients before buying...but, sheesh! I was buying tartar sauce for goodness sakes! I was thinking mayo, garlic, capers, pickles, maybe a little parsley...you know, tartar sauce! Blech! This goes in the garbage.
