Gets my straws and chopsticks clean!
I used to get annoyed that my wooden chopsticks usually went through the bottom of the utensil basket in the dishwasher, even when I turned them pointy-side up. For a long time I hand washed all the chopsticks, but it really isn't worth that extra effort unless they're super nice chopsticks (mine aren't). I got this and attached it to my utensil basket, where it's been for a loooong time without moving. My straws get cleaner (we reuse the same plastic/disposable straws for years now, running them through the dishwasher) because they remain more upright and don't go through the bottom and melt. Basically it completely fixed one annoying little first world problem.

Live the slim size
It has a very good size. It is slim and not bulky and doesn't occupy too much space. Because it is slim, it doesn't impact how many plates the dishwasher can fit. It can hold many pairs of chopsticks. currently, I have put 12 pairs, and they are all well washed with the normal settings in the dishwasher. Love the product.

Asian Problem Solved!
This is the perfect solution for a common Asian problem! Chopsticks frequently fall through the holes of a standard utensil caddy. Simply use slip ties (provided) to secure this slim basket to the side of the lower tray of your dishwasher and problem solved!

Perfect for cleaning straws
Perfect for putting into the dishwasher to clean straws. We recently bought a Bosch dishwasher which has the 3rd rack for utensils which left the straws for my big tumblers no where to go - this was a GREAT solution. I'm sure it will last the life of the dishwasher. Well made. We put it 'permanently' into the side of the bottom rack with a couple of cable ties.

Exactly what I been looking for. Now I can stick the chopsticks in the dishwasher. The quality seems good.

Great product!
Love this! Not only does it hold my chopsticks (I position them thick end down) but it also holds my reusable straws! As far is not using it with heated dry not a problem for me I never use it just seems to add to my electric bill and is not necessary so I'm a very happy person with this product.

Soft plastic at bottom
The sides are sturdy with thick plastic. The bottom, however, has very thin soft plastic that will not last, which defeats the purpose of having this basket for items like chopsticks or straws that don't fall through.
