Nice faucet.

easy to use
The pot filler faucet I purchased is both nice and functional, and it has been a great addition to my kitchen. The design is sleek, and the color complements my kitchen perfectly. It makes filling pots so much easier and more convenient. The faucet operates smoothly, and the reach is ideal for covering the entire stove area. My only small complaint is that it was a bit tricky to install, but once it was in place, it worked beautifully. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and functionality of this pot filler!

Cheaply made/*EDIT* for customer service
Seemed to work fine for about a month. In my application the counter weight for the faucet extension occasionally would bump against the supply lines. This caused the supply line to break at the fitting and created a leak.*EDIT*Contacted customer service and within a day had resolved the problem to satisfaction on our end with a replacement being sent out.

It's made in a smaller size perfect for a kitchen vegetable/bar sink
I have a 17"x17" vegetable sink in my kitchen. This is the perfect size for that. So far, the functionality is as expected. We were looking for a faucet with a separate sprayer but were unable to find any. The sprayer in this one pulls down. Appears to be a good value for the money.

It broke after just 3 months
My husband had a bear of a time installing this and he works in maintenance and has installed many. Between the garbage disposal, filters, & cup rinser there isn’t much room for this faucet’s very long hose and weight under the sink. But that isn’t the reason for the low review. Less than 3 months of use the internal guts of this faucet broke so even though the faucet was tight under the sink the faucet spun above the sink. We continued to deal with it until it started leaking and we had a flood under the sink.
