Other homeopathic aids help me better am able to sleep about 4 hours good with this one, will switch when out. May help others though I think it is very specific with needs. I need my brain to turn off and relax did not work for that.

This is just okay, I really can't say that I get a better sleep with it, but do find that if I wake up during the night I do go back to sleep faster. For the price it is not that bad and it is nice that it is all natural.

This is probably the best natural sleep aid that I have found. I have even been able to stop taking a muscle relaxer at night to help me fall asleep. Will continue to order!!

Although the name & product label is appealing, I clearly noticed that I was not getting the sleep I needed. Now I'm back to Somnapure, which contain a generous amount of herbal variety. Occasionally I do take a Melatonin capsule.

This stuff is great. As an airline crew member, getting plenty of rest is very important. This product is great for anyone that wants to get to sleep fast and wake up well rested. Best part of all, it’s non habit forming. I strongly recommend this product to anyone struggling with or needing a good nights rest.
