The best otc flea treatment I've ever used!
This is by far the best flea control topical treatment for dogs that you don't need a prescription for. I've never had luck with otc flea treatment up until I found this. It was relentless for my giant pit. The cats had a few as well but not the endless infestation like our pitty. The first couple of hours she went kinda nuts because they were running and freaking out but then she got calm and slept soo incredibly good. The next morning they were about 90% gone. I have vacuumed daily as well and emptied the canister after every use. The first couple of days I had a lot of fleas jumping on me. Last night was the 4th night and I spent about 30 mins combing her from front to back only to find about 10 total that were actually moving very slow and almost dead. I combed my cats last night and only found about 5 on all of my cats... I have over 10 cats btw 😁. I don't want to publicly say the exact amount lol. This morning she has zero on her. I have also washed all of her bedding as well as the couch blankets I use to protect my furniture. She goes outside several times a day and that is actually my next area to treat. I'm in complete shock. I got front line to put on my cats but I haven't had to use them fortunately. Most treatments in the past is a very small vile and you only put it in between the shoulder blades. However this product is a larger vile and you start at the neck and apply a line down the back from neck to tail. I'm in utter shock and soooooo relieved. My girl will finally get her skin back to normal and hopefully her patches of missing fur will come back. I can't take her to the vet because I can't physically get her into our truck. She's not leash trained and she doesn't know how to get into a vehicle and unfortunately she's over weight. Not morbidly but she's definitely over weight and she would need a muzzle because I don't know how she would react around strangers poking at her. I give all shots myself.

Great against ticks
It's a bit greasy and a little smelly at first, but works the best against ticks in my area (Illinois)

Better than K9
I used to use K9 Advantix II on my labrador, but switched to this at the recommendation of my vet. This works just as well at repelling the bugs (I've never seen a tick for flea on him) but this absorbs into this fur so much faster. I can pet his back the day after applying, with K9 I couldn't touch his back for two days. He also used to get really bad dandruff and his back would get so itchy after applying K9, but there have been no side effects so far from the Vectra. I will definitely stick with this from now on

Dependable
I've used this product on all my dogs for years. One dog couldn't tolerate Frontline so the beer recommended this to me. I've never had a problem with a dog getting sick, or bringing ticks home. I'll continue to buy this as long as I have a dog at home.

Didn't work....this time.
I've been buying this exact product from my vet and it's always worked well, whenever my dog had fleas within a couple days they were fine. I figured I would buy a six-pack on Amazon and save about half the money but after giving each of my dog's a dose it never took care of the fleas. They still have fleas and they're still itching like crazy and now I have to wait to give them some more. I've tried contacting the company directly because they have a money back guarantee and to ask when I can give them another dose but after a few emails they still have not responded. I can't understand why the stuff from the vet works fine but the stuff sold on Amazon didn't work? It's supposed to be the exact same thing. Right now I'm out $70 and I guess I'll be going back to my vet and paying around $20 a tube for it.
