works great 4 me. i lost 40lbs in about 2- 3 months
i have to say it does taste and smell bad ,but it has worked for me. i stopped using it because of the price and taste, stayed on the same diet and i quit loosing weight. so i have ordered more a few days ago, hope it works again lolps: i mix it in my bulletproof coffee in the morning and have a atkins shake for lunch and low carb chicken wrap for dinner w/ pickles wrapped with thin ham and celery and cream cheese for snackshope this helps you toothanks

Good for anyone whom might like this flavor , not one I cared for , had a bland pineapple taste. Didn’t get any benefit from it, don’t really know what I was expecting. Thought it would be an enjoyable tasty drink packages

Okay product!
Alright product but I was sent expired product. I didn't realize it, but I think that's messed up. Would not buy again. Ordered for value, but the taste is not good!

Energy and Endurance
I wanted to wait to place a review for this item until my wife and I finished working through a full box each. I want to say that this product was great assistance in trying to stay in Ketosis. My wife was able to lose 7 pounds during the time using the product. I was able to lose 3. I feel like this product was great in helping curb appetite especially during snack times in the day. I used Ketoboost as a pre-workout before HIIT workouts and I feel like it gave me enduring energy with little to no crash after. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a supplement when on a Keto diet.

Effective product
I used this product a year ago and it was in single serve packages. Got off keto for a while and just recently got back into it and the most important thing about this product for me is I feel better when I drink it. And as a Nurse I like that it is replenishing my electrolytes. I have been on keto for a week and lost 5 lbs so far. And am already in ketosis and I know this product is helping because it's raising my ketones and helping my glucose which is great for my diabetes. Glad I found it again in this tub form.

Love the product, just not a big fan of the taste and smell..I mix it with Propel and that helps..
