I really liked it but it has already failed so very disappointed. If the manf wants to replace it I will revise review. No I have not contacted them. I hate the hassel of returning things. Maybe I will go see if I can reach them now. Actually return window closes 30 days after delivery and it failed about 45 days later. GRRR And I will update. UPDATE!! Customer service is apparently GREAT! After original post they sent me a new one!! Have only had a couple of days but I am very grateful to them!! Everyone can get a bum product occasional, however, it is how you handle the issue!! You all handled it perfectly!!! MANY THANKS and I would highly recommend

I got this for my wife who uses a cordless phone that is connected with our landline. It is comfortable and works fine. We were both long distance operators many years ago, and both worked jobs where we needed a headset to be able to handle the phones and this one is much better than most used in business.

This is a dandy headset — the headband is thin flexible metal, so it doesn't feel like your head is in a vice as it does with some of the plastic ones. It's lightweight and the boom is easily adjustable. I've had several, and they last about five years before the cable near the plug becomes sufficiently worn that they need to be replaced.

Lightweight and comfortable but I couldn’t use it. I really wanted to love this headset, so much so that after I bought one that was no good I got another of the same. Thought maybe the first one was just an exception. But no. The second one was bad too. When I plugged it in to the headset port it seemed wobbly (though the size was correct), wouldn’t stay in. It did stay in if I held it the whole time though. The sound quality was poor anyway so I returned this one too. (Weak and echo-y)

Ordered this product after Plantronics stopped making the landline headset I had used for years. Also bought one from Best Buy, but it didn't fit in the phone and clients couldn't hear me. This product fit in phone perfectly and the sound quality is good. My only wish is that there was a way to control the sound, as it is a bit loud in my ear. Other than that, this is a good quality headset for a good price. Hopefully it will last longer than most, which short out after a few months.

Initially I loved this headset; however, the foam over the microphone tip kept falling off, then at month 11 people were unable to hear me and I had to go back to holding the phone in my hand. I am disappointed as it was good initially.

I spend a lot of time on the telephone. I needed a hands free headset that worked well and was cost effective and this product checks all the boxes. Sound quality is acceptable at both ends and the product works exactly as advertised. I would buy this one again in a heartbeat.

The set I got , cuts out now and then and the sound quality is not-as good as the Panasonic ones I had. I’ll use some tuner cleaner to see it that helps and update my review. Captez
