Unit was not factory tested and failed after install. Had to remove unit and adjust float position on internal pvc. Float was jambed against pump body and would have never worked. Lucky we ran it first would have flooded the basement.

Excellent product!! It was easy to install and we haven't had any issues with it.

Haven't had a chance to use it because it arrived with a busted pump base and float, internal. I wouldn't have known had I not plugged it in before plumbing it.Had I known it was plastic instead of cast iron like the Zoeller, I would not have purchased it. As a matter of fact, the Zoeller is sold for just a few bucks more on Amazon, and comes with the Zoeller one-way check valve that is required anyways. Might as well just buy that one. If I can get my money back, that's what I plan to do.Note: I realize the damage to the plastic pump was not a manufacturing defect. I read it was most likely an inconsiderate shipping employee along the way somewhere, however, had it been made with a robust cast iron, the risk of this damage would have been reduced.
