Thermostat is a must.
Why would you make a mat that can reach 105 degrees? This thing’s a seed killer. No temperature regulation and uneven heating. Nice, big mat that allows you to kill hundreds of seedlings simultaneously.

It worked in the beginning, now it barely heats up
I have been using it with a thermostat for the last six months. At first it put off really good heat. Now, I can barely feel the heat. I only paid $41 at the end of the summer, now that seed starting season has started it is $72.

Works well.
I bought 2 of this product to start plants for my garden this summer. Works really well. They give a nice even heat, the seeds germinated really quickly and at high percentages. Very pleased with this product.

Not as warm as i would have thought but it does seem to help, I like the size tho, it fits perfectly under my 4ft T5

Flat and perfect
I love it. I typically buy the other type with the wires in that is never flat. This is perfectly flat with no bumps. It's great so far!
