Free socks?
I like the basket but I got a pair of cold dirty socks. No way you guys Handin out free socks like that, right? But cool basket I guess

Great Appearance, Poor Structural Design, Collapses Easily, Not Waterproof
Beautiful visual design, but could not believe how poorly this is constructed. To get it to stand upright, you have to fit and balance 4 metal rods in the interior corners, with 1 tiny loop at the top of each, ( and 1 loop didn't work) not even a long sleeve to fit each through, which may have kept them up longer. If you move it or put even heavier towels on top, it collapses and you have to balance the rods again!!! So flimsy I couldn't believe it. I had assumed it had built in wire springs like other collapsible hampers; not the case. It is beautiful to look at, but completely ridiculous as any usable hamper. It is also not a waterproof fabric, so if you're planning to use it in a bathroom and the floor gets wet, it will too. It's pretty and lightweight, beyond that, it's not functional. I wasted my money. This is the first negative review I have ever posted, and I regret having to do so.It is definitely buyer beware.

Perfect for me - may not be for everyone
This basket is absolutely perfect for what I’m using it for, but I’m not so sure it would be great as a hamper. It doesn’t come with any kind of interior bag you can lift your laundry out of and doesn’t seem sturdy enough to be carrying around with clothes in it. I keep it in my kitchen to hide my dog’s food, so it’s stationary and is the perfect way to simply hide the ugly container I keep his food in. 😊😊

Loses form and sturdiness over time.
It's a good looking hamper, but the weight of the clothes you place inside of it undermine it's sturdiness over time due to the way it's constructed.Eventually you'll find yourself having to lean it against a wall to prop it up, and turn it 180 degrees every load to try and offset it leaning around.

Support Poles Don't Stay in Place
Four poles provide support for the hamper. The poles aren't set in place; in order to fit the hamper in the box, the poles are separate. The poles are difficult to set into place, and readily come out. There's velcro, which is supposed to keep them in place, but it's ineffective. As such, because the poles come out so easily, the hamper falls apart and is, most of the time, pretty useless. I switched to a fully supported hamper that I forgot I had.
