Fun 'horse fluff' series
Good for getting rid of news & other daily stressors before heading off to sleep

Absolutely extraordinary
This was a brilliant book, probably for ages 8+. Stacey Gregg writes Friends and family with plenty of horse action riddled between. This book is the second of a series covering the life at a boarding school of a teenage girl - and a horse riding superstar!I highly recommend this book, rating it 5 stars. If you ever get a chance to read a book by Stacy Gregg, you should grasp it with both hands and not let go!I can NOT wait to get my hands on the next in the series, when I do, I won't put it down!

I really enjoyed this book
I really enjoyed this book, I'm thirteen and I read them because a family friend gifted them to me. I thought they would be very childish and under my reading level but they were very entertaining and I nice introduction to reading for pleasure rather than school! I loved them!

Very cute read
Very cute and fun read. I've read all the books in this series and find them best geared for the younger reader but good for anyone wanting a good horse tale.

Good book
I liked this book. I am glad she was able to compete. I wish this girl would think before she runs off and gets in trouble. This book is a way to show girls what not to do.

A review by proxy...
...the reason being, I haven't read it. It was bought for my 9 year old daughter - who will gladly read anything that contains a sniff of something horsey. Now, she says it was "a good book and she enjoyed it". When I tried to draw her on the characters, the plot and description...she said it was "a good book and she enjoyed it - and what did I mean by those other things".So...i'm going to give this an I-like-it four stars on the basis that a) she read it from cover to cover and b) it kept her quiet for approximately 4 hours. I'm of the opinion that any reading at her age is good and she's going through all of these with gusto. On the face of it - me telling you it's a good book based on her feedback is just as subjective as me telling you it's a good book based on my feedback....so you're always going to be taking a bit of a risk!

Great book
Bought this as the second book in the series for my horse mad 10 year old. She loves it - it is interesting and well written and just about right for her age and older. It is very much about horses, but also relationships, friendships and the ups and downs of boarding school. So I think we'll be buying the next book in the series very soon!
